Harness LWS Quality, Remotely

As the COVID-19 Pandemic forced patients, providers and interpreters apart, many of our clients found themselves hampered by two-way video interpreting and technological limitations in simultaneous settings. As a result, Limited-English Proficient (LEP) Patients have experienced significant disruptions in their continuity of care. This separation has been particularly difficult for LEP patients who participate in classes and various group therapies as part of their ongoing treatment. Not only are they unable to have their preferred interpreter, but they cannot fully engage with their groups. 

As essential workers, our onsite interpreters continue to fulfill in-person assignments, but we also recognize the current necessity of remote services. For these instances, LWS offers an innovative, yet simplistic solution. We’ve outfitted our onsite workforce to provide, remote interpreting via the video-conferencing technology of your choosing. Be it Zoom, WebEx, Skype or others—clients can now access LWS quality with three-way and simultaneous options!
